Licensed Landscape Architect
 

• Licensed to practice Landscape Architecture in North Carolina (4-6 years experience preferred)

• Familiarity with local municipalities and their development codes, including Raleigh and Durham

• Experience with site planning, master planning, and project feasability required
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, and other 3D graphic programs
• Organized, self-directed with excellent time management skills
• Ability to manage design projects, multi-task, and collaborate well with other design teams

Landscape Designer

• Minimum Bachelor in Landscape Architecture or equivalent (Landscape Designer)
• 1-3 years experience in site planning, master planning, and project feasability required

• Familiarity with local municipalities and their development codes, including Raleigh and Durham
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, and other 3D graphic programs
• Organized, self-directed with excellent time management skills
• Ability to multi-task and collaborate well with other designer and Project Manager
